Scope
O’LEX were engaged by Gransolar Constructions
Australia to complete the civil works and road
construction package for the Wungnhu Solar
Farm. The project consisted of over 15km of
internal road construction, Substation Pad
constructions and numerous ad-hoc civil
construction tasks.
Challenge
The site was an existing farm and paddocks had
no drainage in place, during the project the site was inundated with significant rain events on at least 5 occasions and continual minor rain
events.
Solution
In true O’LEX style, the crews pushed through
mountains of mud, and produced an amazing
end product, and adhered to extremely
stringent QA and Safety requirements.
