Scope
Berrigan Shire Council engaged OLEX to perform the Flood Recovery Works on the Sealed Roads package. These works were a result of the September 2022 Floods. OLEX’s Scope included Insitu Stabilisation and resealing. Over 6500m2 of roads were completed.
Challenge
Long Distances between some patches, made traffic control a challenge, in addition due to the long time between the scoping and delivery of works the scope had increased and the project was paused until further funding was obtained.
Solution
OLEX’s team developed a systematic approach to the traffic control process to insure that the production machinery was kept operating productively.
