We have implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) that aligns with the ISO 9001 Standard and enables us to consistently meet customer expectations and enhance their satisfaction.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY – O’LEX Civil recognise that impacts on the environment in the civil construction and traffic management industry relates not only to the process of construction but also to the design and subsequent use of resources. We, affirm our commitment to applying sustainable development principles to all facets of the civil construction and traffic management processes and in minimising the impact on and pollution of the environment during the construction process.
WHS Policy – O’LEX Civil, we are committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of our workers and strives to ensure that we demonstrate genuine care for our people at all levels of the business’s civil construction and traffic management services while meeting the requirements of ISO 45001. We have implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) that aligns with the ISO 45001 Standard and enables us to promote a strong safety culture that effectively prevents accidents, by performing systematic identification of hazards through risk assessments and manage them with appropriate risk controls.
The responsibility for managing health and safety ultimately rests with the person in control of the business or undertaking (PCBU), directors and senior management, which includes the implementation of this policy and supporting safety management system. We believe that all workplace injuries, illnesses and incidents within our control are avoidable when using our ‘Stop ‘n’ Think’ principle by providing a safe workplace culture.
