Scope
Greater Shepparton City Council engaged OLEX Civil to complete the replacement of the culvert over Guilfus Creek on the Katandra Main Road in Tallygaroopna .
Challenge
The project commenced at the end of April leading into the wet months of the year and to construct a culvert in a waterway presented a challenge and ensuring robust water diversions plans were in place if a significant rainfall event occured
Solution
O’LEX’s crew completed the installation of a 6 cell 1200x600mm box culvert with custom headwalls, guard railing and asphalt surface.
The project was executed it ahead of time, without incident and under budget. Great planning, skilled team and working in with landowners ensured the success of this project
