Scope
Berrigan Shire Council engaged OLEX to perform the Flood Recovery Works on the Unsealed Roads package. These works were a result of the September 2022 Floods, and included Medium and Heavy Formation Grading, Resheeting, Drain Reshaping and Debris Removal.
Challenge
The project was all across the LGA of Berrigan Shire and over 600 individual side ID’s. Integrating OLEX’s online system with the online reporting of Berrigan Shire.
Solution
OLEX was able to complete the project within the timelines provided, maintaining the strict adherence to the spec detailed in the flood recovery scopes, OLEX Completed over 40,000lm of grading, over 4,000lm of drain reshaping, placement of over 2,000 tonnes of resheeting material on over 7,000lm of roads.
