Scope
Sprayline Road Services on behalf of Vic Roads engaged OLEX to perform the Flood Recovery Works on the roadside drain network around the Loddon Region. These works were a result of a number of flood events. OLEX’s Scope included Debris Removal and reshaping of the drains.
Challenge
The project was all across the Loddon Region and involved Traffic control, MoA’s for each site and the removal of the debris from site
Solution
OLEX was able to complete the project within the timelines provided, maintaining the strict adherence to the specification detailed in the flood recovery scopes and the environmental restrictions, and integrating the two online systems OLEX Completed over 80 sites during this project.
