Scope
O’LEX was engaged by Moira Shire Council as part of a panel contact to provide Loading and Cartage of hill gravel from MSC’s Fords Pit to various locations across the shire as part of their resheeting program.
Challenge
O’LEX was required to coordinate the resources and equipment to meet the daily site requirements of the Shires resheeting crew, also the pit had been closed for some time therefore careful planning was required with relation to documentation to ensure a safe resumption of works at the pit.
Solution
O’LEX completed the loading and delivery of in excess of 21,000 tonnes of material to 13 different locations across the shire, this was achieved on time to meet the requirements of the resheeting crew and without incident.
