Dwane has over 25 years’ experience in the civil and road construction and maintenance sector. He is also a highly experienced plant operator. Dwane leads the construction element of O’LEX Civil.

Donna leads our accounts and admin departments and has vast experience, with more than 16 years in this field. Donna also handles the company’s HR & payroll functions as part of her multi-faceted role.

Kyle brings extensive end to end engineering experience to O’LEX having undertaken previous roles in design and project delivery across land development, building and municipal works projects throughout North East Victoria. Kyle also supports our projects and operators with his specialist expertise in machine control and construction surveying.

Like many key staff, Vince started in a field role and grew within the business. In this key role as our Operations Manager, Vince ensures the smooth operation of staff and equipment on a day-to-day basis.

Wade started an apprenticeship as Diesel Mechanic in 2008. Once qualified, he worked in a Kenworth Truck workshop for 7 years, then on logging and tipper trucks in the private sector. At O’LEX, Wade services and maintains all our trucks and civil plant.

Kyle started out as a panel beater / spray painter before turning his attention to civil construction. He has been involved in civil construction all over Australia. He brings his vast wealth of construction knowledge to O’LEX.

Dale is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for civil construction projects by assessing labour, materials, plant, subcontractor costs, and project requirements to ensure competitive and profitable pricing

Jason oversees the planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include managing personnel, subcontractors, schedules, resources, compliance and client relationships to achieve successful project outcomes.
